Gravity Theory was created by Dave whilst he was working from the family home during the pandemic of 2020, located just 10 miles away from where Sir Isaac Newton developed his Theory of Gravity.
Dave shares a unique connection to Newton, having attended The King's School in Grantham, the same school where Newton himself was educated. Inspired by Newton's legacy, Dave embarked on a journey to create a cider that honours the spirit of curiosity and innovation.
