Influenced by the mash-up mix tapes and tempo-transitioning styles of the likes of 2ManyDJs, Coldcut, Overmono, and James Lavelle, his love of all things festival and club culture took him to through a 13 year career as Live Music Editor for Mixmag, and behind the turntables at gigs from Glastonbury to Creamfields, Zouk Singapore to Village Underground (warming up for Bonobo), and Ministry of Sound to Bluedot Festival, to name a fave few.
