RedWillow Brewery has been brewing proper, flavour-forward beer in Macclesfield since 2010. Founded by Toby and Caroline McKenzie, the brewery started out making the beers they actually wanted to drink, and that philosophy hasn't changed one bit.
They brew across all styles, from hoppy pales and IPAs to stouts, porters, lagers and sours, but cask has always been close to their hearts. There's something about a well-kept cask ale that just hits differently, and RedWillow puts as much thought into what goes on the hand pump as anything else they make.
You might know them from beers like Shameless, Headless and Weightless, or from one of their many collabs with some of the best breweries in the UK. It's their first time pouring in Bristol, and they couldn't be more excited to get some RedWillow cask in your hands!
