After years of travelling the US in search of the best fried chicken, founder Gurty set out to create his own perfect version back home in the UK, blending Southern-style crispy fried chicken with bold, buttery Buffalo sauce.
What started as late-night kitchen experiments (and a very patient wife!) turned into THE ONE, the original recipe you’ll still find on the Gurt trucks today.
