Chefs Will Murray and Jack Croft, alongside Chairman James Robson, opened the sustainably-focused restaurant Fallow, in London’s St James’s Market, in November 2021.
During its time as a pop-up at 10 Heddon Street, the team received numerous awards and accolades, including a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
The menu features bold sharing-style dishes, with produce is sourced solely from the British Isles including Fallow’s own small
holding near Esher, Surrey.
