From humble beginnings selling burgers from a converted old truck, Bleeker has come a long way since 2012. They've always believed that burgers are about the beef and that is exactly what they wanted to showcase. They use rare-breed, pasture-fed beef from small farms in the UK. It is dry-aged, giving it an intense, beefy flavour. They may expanded, but their goal is still the same: commitment to the burger.
