Created by Erchen Chang, Wai Ting & Shing Tat Chung in 2013. BAO started as a Market stall in a car park in East London. Steaming buns for two years on the streets, BAO opened it’s first permanent restaurant in Soho in April 2015. Inspired by their upbringing and travel around Asia, each restaurant has a unique menu and a different story.
