Award-winning chef Rishim Sachdeva (previously The Dairy, Chiltern Firehouse, The Fat Duck) brings his first solo venture ‘TENDRIL’ to London Craft Beer Festival. Tendril’s menu is billed as “(mostly) vegan” and focuses on the abundance of fresh, seasonal produce found in the UK. Taking inspiration from Rishim’s enviable restaurant kitchen experience in both London and India, and the food he likes to eat at home, he joins us fresh from his chef residency at Soho institution the Sun & 13 Cantons.
