Initially inspired by the traditional beers of Belgium, the Saison culture, Cyclic have developed their own mixtures of yeasts and bacteria that they cultivate, re-using them continuously. Working in close coordination with the seasons of the year, Cyclic nourish their beers with a variety of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. Some of them they grow themselves on the family farm located in the Alt Empordà , the rest come from small local farmers, always cultivated ecological.
