Cyclic Beer Farm - London Craft Beer Festival

Initially inspired by the traditional beers of Belgium, the Saison culture, Cyclic have developed their own mixtures of yeasts and bacteria that they cultivate, re-using them continuously. Working in close coordination with the seasons of the year, Cyclic nourish their beers with a variety of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. Some of them they grow themselves on the family farm located in the Alt Empordà, the rest come from small local farmers, always cultivated ecological.
