Impossibrew came from the founder Mark being told to stop drinking due to health concerns. Having stopped drinking, he missed being to have a beer, and with his background and education in beer, came up with a recipe for a non-alcoholic beer, that uses herbs, to give that one or two pint feeling, without the hangover the next day.
