Browar Gzub is a Polish, independent craft brewery, founded in 2017. It is located in Annopole (Wielkopolska Province). The brewery gained popularity thanks to the production of craft beers, which are distinguished not only by high quality, but also by an original approach to brewing, which is refermentation.
